SKF NOTE: One of my all-time favorite jazz tracks. The communication among these musicians on this track is S-U-P-E-R-B. Roy Haynes burns throughout. But my favorite listening is the rapport between Herbie Hancock and Jackie McLean. The whole It’s Time album is great, but this track, IMO, is the best of the best.
